The City Church

Membership

As early as the Second Century, the Christian church had established teachings to prepare new converts for the life in the church. The doctrinal instructions lasted from three months to three years and were designed as a safeguard to protect the church from wolves in sheep's clothing. These new disciples were expected to live out the teaching of the scriptures and exemplify a godly lifestyle before they were admitted into the fellowship of the church.

At the City Church we believe it is a sacred and important decision for a person to make the confession, "I am a Christian." It is equally as important to declare, "This is my church where the Lord has planted me." Relationships, worked out in the context of the local church, validate the reality of our faith.

Welcome to Members section of The City Church website. We believe there are no spectators in the church, only participators, so we've made it a priority to enable every member to get involved and become an active part of what God is doing.

This section of the site is specially designed to facilitate just that: Helping you become an active part of the church. Whether through our TRAKS classes, volunteer opportunities*, sharing your testimony*, or just being informed on what's going on, we hope you'll feel better equipped as a member of The City Church.

Get Involved

The first step to getting involved at The City Church is by taking our TRAKS classes. Held quarterly these courses are designed to better equip you in not only your personal walk with God, but also in your role as a believer in the Body of Christ. Register for TRAKS here.
